A goal of the GeoInstitute Outreach and Engagement Committee is to share the breadth of diversity within the GeoInstitute. One way that we have sought to address this is through an annual OEC Photo Competition, where GeoInstitute members can share photos that represent their visions of diversity in both geotechnical engineers and geotechnical applications.
