10th Annual Web Conference

 

The Geo-Institute Technical Committees will be live-streaming the 10th Annual Web Conference from December 8 to 12, 2025. Each day will feature a diverse range of geotechnical case histories presented by leading professionals in the field. Each session will last for two hours, allowing opportunities for interaction with the presenters. Participants who attend and view each session will earn 2.0 Professional Development Hours (PDHs).

GOLD level (only 1 available)

  • 10000 USD to sponsor the 10 sessions
  • Sponsor slide/PowerPoint graphic and blurb read OR 30-second video for all 10 sessions
  • Sponsor will have one Lunch-and-Learn session scheduled during the week, with choice of topic and speaker

  • 5000 USD for 6 sponsored sessions

Lunch-and-Learn Session (only 4 available)

The Lunch-and-Learn session will bring together people from across the geo-profession who are attending the web conference and will be free for conference attendees

  • 5000 USD for sponsored session
  • 35-minute virtual session
  • Sponsor will choose the topic and speaker
  • The Lunch-and-Learn session will be held between web conference sessions, from 1:10 pm to 1:50 pm EST
  • A 20–30-minute presentation is recommended, with 5–10 minutes for Q&A
