Dr. Culligan, Ph.D., C.Eng., F.ASCE has been selected by ASCE's Geo-Institute to receive the 2021 H. Bolton Seed Medal for her "contributions to teaching, research, and the practice of geotechnical engineering through expanding the boundaries of geoenvironmental and sustainability engineering to enhance human health and the environment."
