The Organizational Member Council (OMC) represents the interests of the Organizational Members of the Geo-Institute by recognizing the needs of the OM firms, identifying activities or products t hat address those needs, and working with the G-I staff and leadership to implement the resulting programs. Key current activities of the OMC are:

• Organizing an annual career fair at the Geo-Congress for students where students apply for participation and selected students meet with prospective employers.
• Hosting a reception for students that apply for the career fair at the Geo-Congress
