The mission of the Soil Improvement Committee is to advance the state of engineering and construction practice in soil/ground improvement systems; to foster/promote technology transfer and technical education activities; to provide a forum for effective interaction between industry, government and academia; and to actively liaise with other groups interested in soil improvement, both within and outside of the Geo-Institute.
